We work virtually to assist our team with their mobility challenges.
No - we do a lot more than just home automation. We also look at personal care devices to assist with independence for toilet (ie bidet seats) and showering (body dryers etc). We also look at independence and safety when away from home.
We will specify the right items to assist you. You can either purchase them or we can help. Once they are all received we guide you through the set-up. All of the items we specify are low cost off-the-shelf items.
Our core team is based in Queensland however our work is performed via virtual platforms so we can work with you no matter where you are located in Australia.
Stage 1 costs $1,000 and can be billed to capacity building categories. This includes the specification and quote. Stage 2 ranges from $750 to $2,000 depending on complexity.
OTShelf fees can be paid from capacity building budgets and devices can be purchased via your AT budget which is in the capital section of your NDIS plan.
At this stage no we are not so we can work with self and plan managed participants. We are assessing the value to become registered. All team members at OTShelf have completed NDIS worker orientation training.
